. Lime juice: . Oz

. Simple syrup: . Oz (ideally brown simple syrup)

. Benedictine liquor: . Oz

. Domaine de Canton: . Oz

. Plantation Barbados Rum: 1 . Oz

. Dehydrated lime* wheel: 1 piece

1. In a shaker, pour the lime juice, add the simple syrup, the Benedictine, the Domain de Canton, the Plantation Barbados rum with some ice

2. Shake for 15 seconds

3. Double strain into the coupe

4. Add the dehydrated lime wheel for garnish

* how to dehydrate a lime :

1. Thinly slice a lime

2. Place lime slices on baking sheet

3. Bake in the oven at 350 F for one hour checking regularly until golden brown

. Lime juice: . Oz

. Cucumber syrup (Blitz one cucumber and 12 Oz of simple syrup together in a blender

and filter through a sieve several times) : . Oz

. Green Chartreuse: . Oz

. Tromba Tequila Blanco 1 . Oz

. Matcha salt (Fine salt with one tea spoon of matcha powder)

1. With a lemon wedge, rub one side of the glass

2. Roll the glass into the matcha salt

3. In a shaker add the lime juice, the cucumber syrup, the green Chartreuse, and the tequila.

4. Shake for 15 seconds

5. Add 2-3 ice cubes in the glass depending on size

6. Double strain into the glass.  Garnish with dehydrated lime and serve!
